We’ve Raised $5 Million in Our Series A Funding
In our Series A Funding, we just raised $5 million led by Falcon Edge Capital along with existing investors IDFC Parampara, Kris Gopalkrishnan, and K Ganesh.
This funding round marks an important milestone for us at Verloop.io – we have grown by 200% (ARR) and have seen substantial growth across tech, product and people in the last 2 years.
It’s been an incredible journey. Five years ago, when Verloop.io started, we had a single goal that has never changed – we want to ensure brands build delightful customer support experiences. Since then, we’ve helped over 5000 brands around the world process over 2 billion queries with 100 million users.
Brands across the world are partnering with Verloop.io to automate their customer support.
With the new funding, we are going to accelerate on our product and bring new features to ensure as a brand, you can monitor calls better, make chat support even better and further increase the automation. We will also be investing in pursuing rapid geographic expansion across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United States.
