How do I make a payment?

Can I cancel the service any time?
Yes, you can cancel any time. However, we do not offer any refunds for unused time.

Can I pay by invoice?
We do invoice based payments only for customers in our custom enterprise plan. Please contact us if you would like to explore options for an enterprise account.
What happens when I exceed number of messages in the free plan?
Your bot keeps on working. We will remind you via email to upgrade to a plan with higher message limit.
Do I have to pay separately if I use the bot in multiple websites, apps?
You can use the same bot in all your websites or apps that you own. Unless, you wish to train a new bot to do something entirely different, there are no additional charges.
Do you support languages other than English?
